Estonia Visa

• Original/Valid Passport with at least 3 months validity and minimum 2 blank pages
• Duly signed application form along with the declaration
• Travel health insurance
• A copy of your return ticket reservation with dates and flight numbers specifying entry and exit from Estonia. It is not recommended to purchase the ticket before obtaining the visa
• Copy of Itinerary/travel program (if any)
• Original letter/ no objection certificate from the school (In case of minors) mentioning address, telephone number of the school, permission for absence, name and function of the person permitting along with 1 photocopy thereof
• Minors travelling alone or with one parent are required to submit a Notarized certificate of permission to travel from either the parents or legal guardians (in case travelling alone) or written confirmation from the parent or legal guardian not travelling (if minor is travelling with one parent). A Certificate of family relation certified with proof of guardianship is also needed.
• Proof of accommodation for the entire intended stay
• Bank statements from the last 6 months, no deposits allowed:
    • For employees: A no-objection letter from the employer (in English) on official company letterhead with stamp, signature and date. The document should mention the address, telephone and fax numbers of the employing company, the name and position in the employing company of the countersigning officer, the name of the applicant along with current designation, salary - and years of service and approval for leave along with ITR form
    • For retired person: Proof of pension or any other regular income
    • For unemployed adults: Letter of employment including the income of the spouse + certificate of marriage; in case of single adults, proof of regular income is required
• One recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) is to be submitted, which should not have been used previously in the passport. The photograph should have the following specifications:
    • Coloured photograph taken against the light background
    • Clear camera print quality printed on normal photographic paper
    • Full face (non-smiling) in focus to be captured
    • The photograph has to be pasted on the signed application form

• Passengers proving they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival (with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate) are exempted from self-isolation and testing

• Estonian citizens and residents including their family members are admitted to the country regardless of whether they are symptomatic or not
  
• Citizens and residents of the European Union, the Schengen countries, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, and Vatican City, and long-stay visa holders and their family members are admitted if they are asymptomatic
• Vaccinated third-country citizens entering for any purpose
• Third-country citizens who have not completed a course of vaccination and who come to Estonia to work, study, see their family, or on a special permit, if they have taken a coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR-test 72 hours before entering Estonia or a rapid SARS-CoV-2 antigen test 48 hours before, can provide a certificate of a negative result
• A person who is allowed to enter Estonia is not subject to the testing or self-isolation requirements if they arrive in Estonia for up to 24 hours as a tourist and a health care service provider has given them an RT-PCR test to detect SARS-CoV-2, up to 72 hours before arriving in Estonia and the test is negative. Or a SARS-CoV-2 antigen RDT test up to 48 hours is taken before arriving in Estonia and the report is negative
• A person who has been previously infected with the COVID-19 disease and no more than 180 days have passed since the positive result of the test or the date the diagnosis was confirmed by a doctor
• A person who has completed a course of vaccination against COVID-19 and no more than one year has passed from the date of its completion
• Minors travelling with a parent / accompanying person and are therefore not subject to the requirements of the 10-day restriction on freedom of movement if they do not apply to their parent / the person accompanying them. Testing requirements do not apply to children under 12 years of age

• Testing (before and after entry) and a 10-day quarantine period are mandatory for passengers arriving from a country on the list with an infection rate above 200 cases per 100.000 inhabitants in the last 14 days. The quarantine period can be shortened after a negative test result for the second test on day 6

1. Do I need a tourist visa before I arrive in Estonia?

2. Do I need a negative PCR test report to enter Estonia or will the vaccination certificate work?
