Serengeti National Park
  • Early breakfast at the camp and check-out without your luggage.
  • Start walking with your guide in the North-West direction. Today is a gentle flat walk through stunning acacia woodlands before the path opens up to the rolling open plains that the Serengeti is famed for.
  • During your walk you could come across a vast array of wildlife and your expert guide will be there to point out the different fauna and flora along the way, you could even potentially come across big cats, elephant and rhino- there is nothing quite likes seeing one of these magnificent species on foot.
  • It is also worth noting that depending on your time of travel you may encounter the great migration either at the beginning or the end of your walking expedition, either way the wildlife you encounter along the way will not disappoint.
  • The goal is to arrive at your home for the night, Wayo’s walking fly camp.
  • Upon arrival your luggage will be waiting, and your tent will already be set up, it is certainly not your average camping vacation.
  • Spend the evening discussing the day’s events around a roaring camp fire whilst the chef prepares a delicious dinner for you to enjoy surrounded by the sounds of the bush.
  • On your third day you will wake up as the sun rises in the distance. Today you will continue your walk through the Serengeti, stopping on route to rehydrate and whenever you come across wildlife, an interesting track or some fascinating vegetation.
