Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Product/Destination Manager to oversee the development, pricing, and delivery of travel products for assigned destinations. The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, create innovative itineraries, and ensure the seamless execution of travel experiences, all while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Itinerary Creation & Customization:

Design and update unique itineraries, introducing trending activities tailored to client preferences. Keep offerings fresh and competitive by researching emerging travel trends and destination highlights.

2. Supplier Management & Negotiation:

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships (hotels, airlines, activity providers), negotiating competitive rates, exclusive deals, and value-added inclusions. Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely payments.

3. Cost & Pricing Management:

Prepare cost sheets and pricing for both B2B and B2C clients, ensuring updates are reflected on portals in collaboration with the IT team. Manage inventory and finalize pricing with management consent.

4. Training & Product Knowledge:

Conduct training sessions for the sales team on new products, destination highlights, visa policies, and other essential information to enhance sales effectiveness.

5. Marketing & Inventory Planning:

Plan re-purchase of airline seats and hotel inventory. Develop strategies to sell unsold inventory and work with marketing teams to drive demand.

6. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

Track competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition, adjusting offerings as needed.

7. Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, promoting repeat bookings and enhancing loyalty through personalized follow-ups.

8. Escalation & Urgent Support:

Act as the second level of escalation for destination-related issues and provide primary support during urgent situations in travel.

9. Financial Oversight & Reporting:


Prepare monthly P&L reports for assigned destinations, ensuring financial targets are met and offering recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in destination management or a related travel role.
• Strong knowledge of travel trends, destination offerings, and supplier negotiations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, pricing, and contracts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
