We are urgently looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to take Business Development & Marketing to next level. He/she should have a strong hold on the local market and client relationship to promote our Brand Image & Tourism Product, must be comfortable prioritizing and qualifying opportunities and then driving them from origination all the way through to completion.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Own’s and manage the team’s business development pipeline to ensure it is up to date and that all relevant stakeholders are using it efficiently; • Contribute actively to shaping and prioritizing our BD strategy as we scale; • Evaluate new incoming partnership requests and process them; • Manage all the inbound & outbound partnership requests and execute; • Pitch and run demonstrations of latest products; • Increase the value of current customer while attract new ones.
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience. • Must have working experience in the Hospitality/Tourism sector/Aviation Industry. • Must be a graduate or Postgraduate in Tourism marketing. • Excellence in a client management model. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong Listening and negotiation skills; • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; • Strong team player.
