Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Manager with experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding and managing the sales pipeline, fostering agent relationships, and promoting our brand and tourism products. This role will focus on both acquiring new business and strengthening relationships with existing partners to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agent Connect & Relationship Management:


Develop and nurture strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and key distribution partners.
Act as the primary point of contact to address their needs, provide product knowledge, and ensure smooth communication between agents and the company.

2. Business Development & Sales Pipeline Management:

Own and manage the business development pipeline, keeping it updated with accurate data. Collaborate with agents and other stakeholders to qualify opportunities and move them efficiently from initiation through successful closure.

3. Partnership Development & Strategy:

Identify new business opportunities, evaluate partnership requests, and manage both inbound and outbound sales to align with the company’s strategic goals. Drive the execution of partnership agreements to foster long-term relationships and maximize sales potential.

4. Product Presentations & Demonstrations:

Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations for travel agents and partners, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the company's travel products and destinations.

5. Client Retention & Acquisition:

Focus on building lasting relationships with travel agents, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty, while continuously seeking new business and sales opportunities in the region.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless execution of business development efforts. Help coordinate sales campaigns and promotional activities to drive agent engagement.

7. Customer Satisfaction & Support:

Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client and agent queries promptly, resolving issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the travel, tourism, or aviation industry.
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Tourism Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing travel agent relationships, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively demonstrate and sell tourism products to agents and partners.
• Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple partnerships and sales opportunities effectively.
• A team-oriented mindset, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company-wide goals and drive growth.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
